How to know the status of your team order

1. Find your Job Order number from your receipt, message, or order confirmation.
2. You may also enter your exact or partial Team Name.
3. Example search: JO-123, 123, or Sample Team.
4. Click Check Status.
5. The system will show your team name, due date, current status, and production timeline.
6. Black means current status, green means done, and gray means pending.
